Genius Sports has partnered with Canadian sportsbook NorthStar Gaming, providing it with pre-match, live data and live trading solutions.
The supplier’s data will be used by NorthStar Gaming’s subsidiary NorthStar Bets across events throughout the year.
NorthStar Bets customers will be provided with real-time feeds and pricing solutions across thousands of markets.
The operator will also have access to Genius Sports’ data rights, comprising sports leagues like the CFL, NASCAR, The Premier League, NCAA and the NFL.
The newly announced partnership coincides with the start of the NFL season, and NorthStar will be granted immediate access to the supplier’s full NFL product suite, including real-time statistics and sports betting data feeds.
NorthStar Gaming CEO and Founding Partner Michael Moskowitz said: “Genius Sports’ sports data ecosystem integrates seamlessly into our platform, allowing us to provide consumers with a highly interactive, visual and comprehensive sportsbook experience.
“We continue to add enhancements to the NorthStar Bets App to strengthen the user experience and provide consumers with an immersive and premium gaming experience, something we know local players are looking for.”
Furthermore, NorthStar’s partnership with Genius Sports follows the release of the updated NorthStar Bets App, which features more in-game stats-driven content.
Genius Sports EVP for North America Sean Conroy added: “In April, Genius Sports became one of the first sportsbook providers to be officially licensed in the rapidly expanding Ontario market.
“This approval enabled us to partner with leading operators like NorthStar Bets who will be provided with a major competitive advantage through our leading portfolio of official data rights and products.”
